We aim to dispatch orders within 5 working days of the order being received, however please be aware that this may not be possible during extremely busy periods.

Please note that orders are not processed over the weekend, all orders from Friday onwards will be dispatched from Monday. We are also closed for UK bank holidays.

UK – All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail 48 Tracked, which has a delivery estimate of 2-3 working days after we dispatch.

European Union – For orders within the European Union, delivery is estimated at 7-10 working days after dispatch.

Rest of the World – For orders outside of the European Union, we estimate 10-15 working days after dispatch for delivery, although this may be longer depending on your location and possible customs delays. We are not responsible for any customs fees due (if applicable).

If your delivery is fully tracked then the tracking details will be included in your dispatch email confirmation. If you believe you should’ve received a tracking number but haven’t been sent one, please contact us.

As the United Kindom is no longer part of the European Union, all orders made after 1st January 2021 will be subject to import VAT at your local rate. This will be payable by you upon receipt of the goods. These are fees charged by your country’s customs agency and postal service. Unfortunately, we have no say in this.

Looking forward, the EU are introducing a new electronic VAT system from 1st July 2021 which we hope will allow us to register in the EU and pay the VAT on behalf of our customers. We will update our website should there be any changes to EU VAT regulations and our policy. 

We accept most major Credit/Debit Cards, PayPal and Klarna.

The JDM Vault takes your online safety and data seriously. Our site is 100% secured by an SSL certificate encrypted with the latest security, so your personal information is safe. A lock icon will be shown at the top of the website next to the URL to indicate the connection is secure. We also don’t store any of your payment information, this is all handled by our payment gateway Stripe, who are one of the best in the business.
